Signature Agents is operated by Entreprenuance Group, LLC ("we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use signatureagents.ai and how we use it.

What we collect

Intake form data: name, email, phone, business name, website, workflows, and business type you provide when requesting an agent build.
Usage data: pages visited, browser type, approximate location (country/region), and referring URL collected via server logs. We do not use third-party analytics scripts by default.
Communications: emails and messages you send us directly.

How we use it

To contact you about your agent build request.
To scope and deliver the service you requested.
To improve the site and service based on aggregate patterns.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Intake submissions are logged to a private Google Sheet accessible only to Signature Agents principals. Server logs are stored on our private VPS and rotated after [X] days. Email correspondence is stored in our business email system.

If you opt into Slack integration as part of your agent build, Slack's privacy policy applies to data in your Slack workspace.

Your rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@signatureagents.ai. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. We use sessionStorage to preserve your intake form progress within a single browser session; this data is not transmitted to any third party and is cleared when you close your browser tab.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be noted with a new effective date at the top of this page.
